Are Portless boats in stock or made-to-order?
All Portless Boats are made-to-order based on your configuration and selected features.
Each unit is built and/or assembled to your specifications, including color, layout, and accessories. Typical lead times range from 6–12 weeks depending on availability and production scheduling.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Pre-orders can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations may be subject to a small processing fee if production or customization has already begun. Full details will be provided in your order confirmation.
Do you offer bulk or multi-unit discounts?
Absolutely. We offer special pricing for bulk and multi-unit orders, including fleet purchases, resorts, rental operators, and commercial buyers. Simply contact our team after checkout or request a custom quote through our VIP access form.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, selected model, and delivery method. Since Portless Boats are lightweight and modular, shipping is significantly lower than traditional boats. Final shipping rates will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Every Portless Boat is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If your boat arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or resolution—fast and hassle-free.
